CASH PAYMENT ON PERSONAL COLLECTION

On personal collection in the Showroom & Shop, the customer shall pay the amount mentioned in the order. The customer can choose between cash payment and payment by credit card.

CASH ON DELIVERY

The C.O.D. payment is one that is used most often. The customer pays the amount mentioned in the order on receipt of the goods from the person delivering the shipment.

When handing over a C.O.D. shipment, identity of the person accepting the shipment must be proved. This method of payment can therefore be used only by persons over 15 years of age. Persons under this age limit should select either advance payment (see hereinafter) or ask their parents (or legal guardians as the case may be) for giving their consent to the order. The consent should be communicated to us over telephone. The parent (or the legal guardian) then accepts the shipment from the person delivering the shipment. 

C.O.D. PAID BY CREDIT CARD

The payment can also be made by credit card. This service is, for the time being, offered only by DPD and only in Slovakia. The DPD Shipping Service accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD (3D SECURE)

In final steps of the shopping process in our E-shop, the customer can select the "by credit card" method of payment. This is a comfortable and safe method of cashless payment using credit cards through the GP Webpay gate, which enables customers to make payments by domestic or foreign credit cards by MASTERCARD, VISA and DINERS CLUB. The GP Webpay gate also supports payments by the MasterCard Mobile digital wallet which are made over mobile phone using the respective QR Code(s).

You can be sure that there are very strict safety rules relating to these methods of payment. All payment data are transferred using secure paths and ARMYSHOP.CZ as a seller does not share any sensitive data and has no access to them. GP Webpay undergoes the strictest international audit PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) on a yearly basis.

ADVANCE PAYMENT  BY BANK TRANSFER

If the customer has established his/her electronic banking, advance payment by bank transfer is a comfortable method of payment. The goods are shipped immediately after receiving the payment within the shipping time specified in the General Business Conditions. ARMYSHOP.CZ reserves the right to require advance payment with orders whose total value does not exceed CZK 500.00, with orders for custom-made items (e.g. nameplates, stamped ID discs) and with orders that could not be verified.

The information necessary for the customer to make the payment will be provided on the copy of the order sent to the customer. The information will include the amount to be paid, the bank account number and the variable symbol (Order. No.) which is necessary for us to identify the payment. We have our accounts with the Komerční banka, with the Raiffeisenbank, ČSOB CZ and ČSOB SK. We are connected to the electronic banking system which enables us to get the information about received payments almost immediately.

If the payment is made internationally, the payer must select the form of bank charges "SHA" ("shared"). In this case, the payer pays the bank charges to his bank while the receiver pays the bank charges to his bank or to intermediary banks if any.

PAYMENT THROUGH THE PAYPAL PAYMENT SYSTEM

The PayPal system is an electronic payment tool which is ideal for our customers from any country in the world.  PayPal is probably the best known and the most widespread payment system used for making on-line payments on the Internet. The system can be used by any owner of an E-mail address. Transfer of money from one bank account to another one is made immediately.
